White rice with shredded beef sauce by Nelo chukwuma

Ingredients:::
• Beef
• Carrot
• Red Bell pepper
• Spring onions
• 1 onion
• seasoning cube
• salt to taste

Method:::
•Cut the beef into smaller pieces and put in a pot. Add chopped onion, seasoning and salt to taste and cook with a little water until the meat is tender and the meat water reduces. 

•Rinse and Chop all the vegetables. Add to the pot and stir. Leave to simmer for five minutes before turning off the burner. Serve with boiled rice.
