• 15 medium sized fresh okro 
• 1 handful ugu leaves
• 2 stock cubes 
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 atarodo
• 4 bitter garden eggs
• 1 teaspoon dadawa/iru powder
• 1 Sachet powdered seasoning
• Meat
• half teaspoon potash powder
• fish
•1 onion

 Cut okro and pound the okro with potash, atarodo (do not over pound).

 Wash cut and slice ugu leaves set aside, boil the meat with onions, salt and two stock cubes, fry the fish cut into small chunks.

 While it's still boiling pour in the okro stir and allow to cook for 5mins, add the fish, ugu leaves, whole bitter garden eggs, powdered seasoning, stir and allow to cook for another 5mins... Enjoy
